Certain social networks require you to reconnect after a certain period of time. If your access token expires, you will no longer be able to retrieve data until it is refreshed.
⚠️ Note: You must be logged in with an Admin account. If you do not have admin access, please contact your administrator to refresh the token.
Option 1: From the Dashboard Pop-up #

- When your token is about to expire, a pop-up window will appear on your dashboard.
- Click Update Access Token to reconnect the account.
- Once confirmed, the connection will be restored and your data will sync normally.
Option 2: From Brand Settings #


- From your dashboard, open the menu on the left.
- Click on Brand Settings.
- Select Refresh Tokens.
- A pop-up will display the list of your connected social networks with their current token status.
- For each network requiring an update, click Refresh Access Token.
✅ Your social accounts are now reconnected, and data will continue syncing without interruption.
